Ok, I wrote in my reddit post I would release one recipe a week. I lied, and I change my mind right now and I wanna scream at the top of my lungs #FUCKCOVID19 (even though in this pic from the book I’m karaoke’ing in Hanoi, VN😅), and here's our Lemongrass Chicken recipe... which is HELLA good on a bed of Garlic Noodles. (If I can make the time, I'll try to release one recipe from our book [fer FREE] a day, no promises, to help make 4-5 course meal maybe or at least give a lot of options to y'all that don't have the book OR for those that have the book and want the updated recipes) Steal/lurk/up/downvote away! And seriously, if you have any questions, I'll ask you guys to direct them there because Reddit's way easier for anyone that's searching on google to find if they want to... and because your question (and my subsequent HOPEFULLY effective answer) is probably relevant to not just you. ;) Feel free to ask about anything related or unrelated to the recipes too. (Out of my social media slumber😴😴😅...) SO coincidentally, on my birthday, Monday, November 25th, I get to see if the rules of #Timecop apply to watching myself on that-there televisions (because, you know the time tested #JCVD rule of “the same matter cannot occupy the same space,” which means I’ll be fine because it’s only tv, YAY PSUEDO-SCIENCE👍) on #thebestthingieverate on @cookingchannel (9pm ET for all 2 of you that would like to watch🙏) WHERE this time I’m not talking about anyone else’s food this time but instead OUR VERY OWN grub at @buttonmashla. SO we’ve been slowly (like 3+ years??? LOL🤷‍♂️) figuring out how to “possibly” figure out “MAYBE” doing something like a delicious frozen version of the #CrispyTofuBalls... “POTENTIALLY”🤔🤷‍♂️ So I went to @natprodexpo #expowest to research the FUCK outta what’s out there for inspiration (answer: WHOA there’s a LOT😱), what ppl are doing and eat THOUSANDS of free samples and this...
