She was grumbling to herself as she made her way back home. She’d decided to walk today, more because she needed time to calm down after the entire training was canceled because her Muay Thai teacher couldn’t block her kicks. Now she was going to the hospital and Flora’s family would likely have to pay. She’s so grouchy and lost in her own grumbling that she doesn’t realize she’s going to walk right into someone.

A light hum could be heard escaping the young woman, punctuated by the sound of pencil against paper.
