meal prep lunch lifestyle forever (but not dinner because I get bored lol) 

this recipe is like, really exact so don’t mess it up 

a bag of vegan beefless crumbles

can rinsed black beans

can tomato paste

little bag frozen succotash or that corn bean carrot mix

more frozen corn, I used a whole bag, yolo

a thing (exact measurement) of veggie stock 

some salt 

2 jalapenos sliced (this will be kind of spicy, add less or none if you don’t want that, add more if you live for suffering) 

Instructions:

put in in an instant pot for 15 minutes soup or leave it simmering on your stovetop for 30 minutes stirring occasionally

(if you wanted to you can sautee an onion too before adding the other ingredients, if you want to do work. I didn’t.)
