Drew this as a gift/request for a friend on Discord. I more or less asked if they would like a drawn pic than a photo of a cephalopod for an avatar since I was in an artsy mood. I asked what they wanted and they provided, mostly colors, so I had more freedom when it came to picking. Anything else added were simple, like bubbles, something I wasn't certain if I could do to match the rest of the image, but I'm glad to have taken the chance. It was my first time drawing and I'm actually impressed how well it came out and how fast. Sure, the design isn't overly complex, but it still took time and effort to make it come out nicely. I made this first as a rough sketch, then worked on it pretty much entirely in Adobe Illustrator. As I told them, it was fun making this and refreshing from other things I normally did.
