After spending over 3 years together, these two sisters finalized their adoption with their mother, Jodi. “Three years ago I received a call from my agency that was looking for placement of 8 kids after an emergency removal of a foster home. That night I was blessed with a 16-month-old baby boy and two girls, 6 and 9. The girls just automatically fit into our family. After a week they were sent to live with younger siblings in a pre-adoptive year. I longed for the girls to stay but the agency wanted to try and have all 6 kids adopted together. Exactly 2 years later I got the call that they were looking for adoptive placement of my 2 girls! Of course, I said yes! We get to keep in touch with their younger siblings and we have an awesome relationship with their family! Oh, and I got to adopt that precious 16-month-old boy last August! My advice for future parents is to hang in there! It's a tough road but so worth it!
