For vacancies, I would say the Capulets and Romanos could use some additions to their Dominant ranks.

However, each family has some noteworthy differences so it also depends on the nature and interests of your muse. For example, if your muse was a physician, they should probably be a Capulet. If you are thinking of making your muse a Romano, you should make sure their profession is of sufficient value to the family that they would bring that person with them to Verona.
