Captain is the leader of the Witch killers. Grew up basically a brainwashed solider for his father. Due to his twisted view, his trust in witches in general are very low.
However, he seems to have calmed down a bit and is retired to mend his bond with broken family. His rep is still the same.

Pearl is the pirate Captain of tribe of Illager who sail the seas instead of staying on land. Pearl is know for tough, calm, commanding appearance. However, she's not cruel at all and treat her crew with respect.
Uncommonly come to shore for pilling Villagers for resources. Oddly enough don't convert Villagers into Vindicators.
