Hey not quite sure what you meant, but it's me who asked about Roxanne?
Roxanne is reserved!
Start and Solve Process:
When starting a new fic/one-shot/texting series/snapchat chain you must finish what you start. Please understand that we have a rule that if something is sitting in the drafts for longer than six weeks without a notice or warning that it will be deleted.
If you have spoken to an admin about it needing to stay for a request to important part to a series then it will be deleted or finished by an admin. We do this so that we don’t have drafts building up for weeks and not being completed.
If you have a good idea and start it solve it, finish the story. If you are out of ideas ask for help not only from admins but from fans as well, post that you have writers block and start a vote on what should maybe happen next.
This will not only help with what you’re writing but it will also help with confidence. Please also try to attend to requests as quickly as possible so they don’t build up and never get done. Alert other admins to let them know which ones you are doing, which ones you have done.
After posting a request if it’s not following up the request publish the ask and let them know it’s been posted on the blog so they understand. We do get asks about where a fic or one shot is that they sent in a while ago and if you’re working on it or going to please let them know.
I like to keep our followers up to date with everything so they aren’t waiting around for their request. It’s like waiting for a meal to arrive, you watch others get their meals even though you ordered first. But please also followers understand that sometimes we are short handed and don’t have a lot of time due to other priorities that need attention such as school, work, family events, etc.
I would like to thank Admin Moon who is a great role model for following these steps, she has shown great passion and dedication to the blog. She has worked hard and so I would like for everyone to just show some appreciation for her work and the time she has put in to post and do requests.
To those who are still waiting I apologise as it has been very busy for us admins with school and such but we are doing the best we can and some requests will be out fairly soon. I have been working on three (which will not be released yet) and they will be posted soon.
Thank you all for the support and gratitude so far and we can’t wait to post more. Also we are open for requests still so send in something and I would like to say that we also do selca ships and written ships as well now!
So send in something (they can be private selca ships too) and we’ll see who we ship with you. Our shipping bands are:
BTS
EXO
GOT7
SEVENTEEN
IKON
C-CLOWN
DAY6
BLACK PINK
RED VELVET
VIXX
VICTON
MONSTA X
WANNA ONE
BTOB
Please do send in some and we will tend to them as soon as we can!

Sorry, that’s just Petrel being Petrel, by… not being Petrel.
Ariana, at some point probably
I'm not sure who needs more help in this situation. ~Mod Sinpai

Hi. I'm interested in auditioning for Peggy but I'm not sure what her harmonies are because of the overlapping. What should I do? Thanks!
Hi!
I’m not sure how much you know about music theory and stuff of that nature, so I’ll try and be as simple as I can. I’m working right now on a few page of resources for you guys but hopefully this helps for right now.
I listened to the song a few times on repeat before answering, and you’re right, Peggy’s parts are extremely hard to distinguish from her sisters. I did notice, however, that besides the first “woah work!”, the first “new york” and the final “greatest city”, she and Eliza actually sing the same notes. So if you are comfortable with that, you can sing the notes you hear for Eliza.
Peggy is a mezzo-soprano so just to be safe sing whatever lower parts you hear in any harmonising lyrics, as its most likely that she would be singing those parts anyway.
Whatever you sing, I think you’ll be great and we can’t wait to hear your audition!

follow up question for the octaves question, can we try to sing a different melody that fits into the line or rap it?
I would advise against changing the melody to whatever part you’re singing.
If you’re doing a harmony that already exists in that same part, like singing Eliza’s note at the end of Schuyler Sisters instead of Angelica’s or Peggy’s, that’s fine but changing the melody completely doesn’t really help your audition.
Changing octaves shouldn’t change the melody of the song, it should just change how it sounds.
Your most humble and obedient servant,
Ariana T.
I dunno if you guys got my question earlier, but if you're a female/higher range voice going for a tenor/baritone role (like Madison or Jefferson) should we keep it in original octave or can we bring it up?
As a fellow singer, I advise that you try and take the octave so that it fits more in your range. I’m a mezzo soprano with a high range, so I would take Jefferson’s parts, especially the dips he does in What’d I Miss?, from the baritone to somewhere in the alto or mezzo range. Same goes for Madison and any other male role.
I’m only answering from my perspective, but I think the rest of the crew would agree that we’d rather hear you singing your best over you trying to match note for note the cast album and not being true to your voice.
The point of the audition is the show us how well you’d fit the role and portray the character, and that’s kind of hard if you’re not singing to your true ability.
Your most humble and obedient servant,
Ariana T.
