Addison Kita is eighteen years old and a freshman at Greensville Community College.

Addison Kita was born in Greensville and raised by a single dad that loved her more than anything in the world. It was because he loved his daughter so much, that he believed she needed a motherly figure in her life. So, Addie’s father dated until he found a woman that both he and his daughter loved. Addie was skeptical of having a stepmother, as most children are thanks to fairytales that paint them as evil and cruel, but Addie’s stepmother seemed to be an exception. She married Addie’s father when Addie was only eight years old, and from then on took on the role Addison’s biological mother had willingly given up. The family was whole again, but that didn’t keep Addison from having her doubts. She loved her stepmother, but there was always a lingering fear that her biological mother’s abandonment had left her with. Addie never feared that her father would leave, only her stepmother, who could leave as quickly as she came. The fear of her stepmother leaving her made Addie a very cautious young girl. It took time for Addison to open up; to make friends; to trust, and yet the kindness of her father and stepmother had made her blessed with a kind heart and a bright personality. When she did trust, she let her fun loving side out. She becomes eager to share, but only with someone she feels close enough to. That’s why the attention she’s been getting from a number of boys over the years is pushing her out of her comfort zone. Will Addie open up to any one boy in particular, or will her cautious ways keep her from having a first real romance?
