I restarted the whole Fallout show from Season 1, and there are so many parallels between Lucy and pre-war Cooper Howard that weren't quite so obvious until Season 2's episode 3. Specifically Lucy on her wedding day in S1 E1. Like Charlie's story of Cooper Howard in S2 E3 where "nearly burnt alive, but he worried about our squad," Lucy was nearly stabbed to death, she was worried about her brother.
