March 16 - #MeTime - Another spread I set up in the back of my bujo. I wanted a list of [free] activities that could be as short or long as I needed them to be to give myself space to reboot. Tried out the walking one (with the pup at my side) today and it's crazy how such a simple thing can bring back so much life. Side note: I may have also splurged and got some new washi tape that just needed a use right away.
