I’m not sure if this is just me - but when I take Adderall I get my work done. And when I go back to review it later - it’s such poor quality.

But if I’m not on Adderall, I do a quarter of what I would have normally accomplished - and it’s great quality.

It’s like my brain is trying to get things done so quickly that whatever comes out seems good enough. Also, most of my job is based on social interactions and it’s harder for me to make things “fluffy” when I’m on my meds. But then I just ask myself - would my client rather I respond promptly and bluntly? Or respond in two days with a friendly, charming message? 🤔
