Morning weigh in. I know...you shouldn't weigh everyday. But if I don't I start to lose track of my motivation...and I have control issues. Go figure, right? Anyhow...yesterday was hard. #ketoflu is killer. Huge migraine in the evening and super tired. I have today off, so it's going to be a struggle to stay out of the fridge. I'm doing my fast until noon, then lunch. But! On the plus side, my water weight is already dropping off AND it's grocery ad day so I can do my #mealplan for next week!
