WHEN THE FRYING PAN IS HOT, LET'S COOK!
Some days, we have recovered well and are ready to push hard with our training (the frying pan is HOT!), and others are just Meh. Most days, we will be somewhere between Hot and Meh, and thatโs the nature of this game.
Know and expect all the different types of days you will have training. The more consistent you are and the longer your training history, the more data you will have on YOU.

โ Good energy and mood from awakening. โ Legs feel light and springy. โ Highly motivated. โ Good single-leg balance. โ Decreased resting Heart Rate and increased HRV (Heart Rate Variability) โ The weights feel lighter than normal.
So, when you are feeling good, and all stars are aligned for you โ give! Maybe today is the day to make that workout a little harder/longer or go a little heavier than planned. Add the additional stress when the body is poised to receive it.
