Creativity
I have undertaken a new challenge. I have sent out to learn how to cook in the most environmentally aware way possible. This indicates that I will try to reduce products form animal origin and try to substitute them with a healthy vegetarian alternative. This requires some planning as I have to organise to have the ingredients needed available as well as find a few hours to prepare such a dish. I also have to consider the dietary values of such meals meaning if they have a balance between proteins, carbohydrates, fats and minerals. Therefore it takes a bit of creativity to find a good mixture of healthy ingredients. Below is an image of a vegan curry.
