Last night/this morning was hell. Yesterday I followed two work out videos, one kind of intense for my level of fitness (which is low), and that was a mistake. My blood sugar dropped off the face of the earth. I was shivering and nauseous for hours. My hips hurt so badly that sitting normally was hell. I had to throw up and it was just bile and the jolly rancher I had to try to stabilize myself.
I did start feeling better after I threw up though. And stopped shivering. I ate a piece of bread then got Taco Bell (chicken quesadilla, cheese wrap, crunchy taco w/ tomatoes and sour cream, fiesta potatoes, shredded beef "dipping" taco that I did not dip, Mountain Dew Baja Blast Midnight, 2 strawberry cinnabon cream cheese things) and took two naproxen and an acetominophen. I definitely needed the calories. I don't hurt anymore.
