Two of my veggie and fish bowls from the last week. HOW have I not been doing these before? And whoever has been hiding tenderstem broccoli from me needs shaming. That shit is tasty.
Top image: sweetcorn, mushrooms, tomatoes all fresh. Beetroot kale and bulgar wheat mix was store bought, super tasty. Croutons store bought. Salmon oven cooked and broccoli boiled. Super delish, took half an hour.
Bottom image: sweetcorn and tomatoes cold. Prawns and mushrooms dry fried. Uncle bens quinoa and bulgar wheat mix. Shredded cabbage store bought and cooked. Boiled broccoli. Again took about half an hour.
Ingredients I bought made two bowls each so that’s enough for lunch the next day. Trying to get my five a day in now! Will keep posting as I make new bowls <3
