A THING!!! YES!

1. I have a shit ton of pre-cal I have to get done before Monday.

2. I am going to a “get-together” tomorrow night. You know, a college “get-together”.

3. I am trying to get a job on-campus. It’s hard. Everyone is finding jobs OFF campus, wtf.

4. I got to hung out with my crush today, but then found out that he has a girlfriend. He flirted with me, whyyyyy.

5. Wednesday was the ONLY day I ate 3 meals. I don’t see how people gain the freshmen-15, I don’t even have time to poop. Let along eat.

6. One Day More has been stuck in head since this morning.

7. I can’t find any cool Baratheon merch.

8. I salted my windows today. My roommate claim that there’s a ghost in our room.

9. I want another tattoo.

Hey, I was, too. College is a pretty big step in life. You know what you've got handy, though? Skype, FaceTime, Snapchat, Facebook chat, Twitter, you name it. Your mom is always gonna be just one text away. And you know what else is pretty damn cool? Strangers have a tendency of not being strangers anymore when you introduce yourself. Putting yourself out there can be scary, but if you take a deep breath, tap the closest person, and stick out your hand for them to shake, you'll find that making friends is easier than you originally thought.

Finding people in your major is a great idea, too. There are people there passionate about the same things as you, and they're going to school to further their passions. That's the great thing about college -- it's not like you have to go. People go because they want to study and use their knowledge in the future. College is an awesome experience.

A good idea would be to find out if your freshman class has a Facebook group and then take a deep breath and post something like, "Hey, does anyone else love (insert movie title/band name here)?" There's bound to be someone, and you can go from there!
