LAST YEAR IN JUNE ---------------------------------------- I KNOW HOW IT FEELS 💔 ---------------------------------------- Hello guys! I'm Kainat and in this blog, I’ll be trying to spread #acnepositive and will talk about health issues, including PCOS, acne, weight, hormonal imbalances and much more. This account is totaly based on my personal life experiences as I had been struggling with acne since teenage and then for the past 2 years. Alhamdulillah its clear now. And I did it without any medication or dermatologist because I tried them all and they all failed me terribly. --------------------------------- Also, I had hormonal imbalances that’s why I had hormonal acne too. I treated that as well with my own research and stuff. You’ll see a lot about that here. --------------------------------- I know you’re facing this phase right now where you’re so frustrated that you just feel like ripping your face off especially when someone says don’t touch your skin. I know you feel like popping them all and crying on the bathroom floor and not looking in the mirror. ---------------------------------- I know you think no one understands this but Trust me I do. We’ll who's suffering, do. Trust me I’ve been through that. Believe me, I’ve experienced that. And I’m here conveying this to you so you won’t do to your poor self what I did to mine.
