Many of you don't know, but I also work as an educator in Baltimore City Public Schools. Yesterday, I honored the now published 35 students (I've published 100+ in total since 2009) in an anthology called #ACityUnspoken and hosted their book signing. Tonight I shared my research to become an official Baltimore City Public Schools Teacher Leader! I'm excited and exhausted at the same time, but I am nowhere near finished with the greatness God has instilled in me. Never limit yourself to one goal or dream. Don't simplify your potential so that you can accomplish it instead of God accomplishing it through you. In the end, all of the credit MUST go to God because there is no way I could do this all on my own! ✨👑✨ #theUnbotheredQueen

I am SO proud of my scholars (if you didn't know, I am also an English teacher, lol). They will have their first book signing in my class with more to come! My scholars are destined for greatness and my goal is to give them the biggest stones to step on that I possibly can. They will be great kings and queens and I pray I live to witness it!
