so times i'll likely be on are around 6am to 9am my time (central). and then later in the evening like between 5pm to 9pm (central). those are downtime during the weekday. Wanted to update on how
never any promise i'll be here at all especially during the week and especially on tumblr but those are the best hours to bet on and most likely on discord if you need to catch me.
weekends are less written in stone.

I continue my regular training. I cant wait for the weather to get warmer so I can also perform outdoor acitivites such as biking. For now I need to focus on the work I do at the gym and keep up the motivation.
