♚ | This wasn’t the first time a DOVE had  entered his quaint little shop-- and it certainly wouldn’t be the last-- but, something struck the  ghoul as odd about the lithe investigator. he  seemed rather happy and lackadaisical, a strange dichotomy from the usually gruff and no-nonsense  sort of CCG folk that were unlucky enough to  wander into his studio. he wondered briefly if in  another life, they could have been good friends.  after all, Uta was always DRAWN to the unusual and  macabre. the investigator had red thread stitched into  his skin-- a fairly new and controversial trend in body  modification...  still decked in his usual shades and dark apparel, the  ghoul gave a polite tap to the boy’s shoulder as  he perused the aisles of bespoke masks. 

buddy, m’pal, i was trying to be polite and civil, and i’ve lost what very little impulse control i have.  shockingly, i have not told anybody that no, they cannot roleplay with rise.  i have not prevented anybody, to my knowledge, from roleplaying with rise.  but i have set boundaries involving myself, which basically boil down to “if you’re choosing to interact with somebody who repeatedly abused me, and tried to alienate me from my friends, don’t talk to me.”

if you want to roleplay with rise, i am not stopping you, and judging from the character i have seen you display, you two deserve one another

me having boundaries, and refusing to interact with people who interact with rise is, shockingly, me keeping my own space here.  and for the record--blacklisting doesn’t work on mobile.  blocking someone doesn’t remove their presence from your dashboard.  when i’m on my phone, and i see rise’s urls, they literally make me sick to my stomach.  

if my choosing to be safe and have an enjoyable roleplaying experience here on tumblr dot com means informing people that the people they want to associate with means they will not be associating with me, guess what.  that’s something i am allowed to do.

if rise feels unwelcome in this fandom, it’s because people are looking at what rise did to me, and how rise has treated other people, and choosing for themselves to not interact with rise.  that isn’t my doing.  i’m not some horrible person going out of my way to make rise’s life miserable--in fact, you are the one who dragged it up.  you were the one who made this today’s issue.  this one?  it’s all on you pal.

character in general:  Okay I don’t hate Juuzou at all. I just don’t really care that much for him ya know? He’s great in RE so far but in the original TG I thought he was unlikable. He’s fine, just not my favorites.how they play them:  From what I’ve seen good! Everyone has a slight spin on him so your’s is fine!the mun:  Blair is super cool and chill. She’s just really likeable you know?
