Matt's not wrong about how Liam just encapsulates the like. essence of theatre, in a way. He's very much the ideal scene partner, he's there and supportive and so sharp and it's that that in my opinion makes him such a compelling actor and a delight to watch.
Out of all of them, Liam and Marisha are the two that get the most hate across all platforms (Marisha everywhere, Liam mostly on Twitter and Tumblr) - they are also the two most likely to engage with the other players in a more intense way, to start RP scenes, and to actively encourage others to meet them at their intensity. They are amazing scene partners and they are punished for all kinds of bullshit online - Marisha more than Liam, obviously, but often for similar reasons. “They’re too dramatic, they’re scene hogs, they don’t know what they’re doing with their spells or in combat” (because they both focus on RP first when it comes to choices they make). And these people continue to watch the show and act as if they’re defending the other players when they hate on them (or as they call it, “critique”), and I am so thankful that there are instances like tonight where the CR cast are just so effusively public with their love for each other where we can point at it and shove it in these high school bullies’ faces and be like “You see? You are wrong.”
