FACT ONE: I'm just as bad at doing this here as I was for those first day of school ice breakers even through college. But speaking of college, I was a double major in political science & psychology who was also a mega-nerd who was a TA, did some extracirricular clubs like UNICEF & did multiple research studied within the psychology department in memory & cognition and a joint social psychology study between departments about racial perception of candidates and basically snap judgments in voting behaviors from body language. I work at a tattoo shop now LOL

FACT TWO: I picked up a weird obsession with Lego builds a few years back? Which was definitely not something I was ever into before and specifically started doing the HP builds? I really still want the One Piece collection but literally have NOWHERE it would possibly fit in my home.

FACT THREE: uhhhh I'm not that cool or interesting? (though it's strange a lot of people think that I am...) I love art? I guess that's interesting. I'm such a sucker for museums and really enjoy going to art museums by myself. I got to go to the MoMa for the first time by myself and as soon as I walked into the gallery and saw a Van Gogh in real life I cried but it was still one of the coolest, best days ever because I honestly felt so vindicated & free. When I travel I like to cosplay as characters in my head or like celebs, and it makes trips really fun. IDK I'm a huge weeb/nerd and always have been??

♫ || EXPERIENCE

HOW LONG (MONTHS/YEARS?): honestly, it's insane how long I've been doing this. I think I started sneaking onto rp boards in like... 5th & 6th grade? I was for sure doing IM rp by middle school in the Buffy the Vampire Slayer fandom which I realize now how wildly unsafe that was. I've been on boards before that in the rp forums for a wild show I was obsessed with from New Zealand called The Tribe? But I think that was the first form of rp I did.

PLATFORMS YOU'VE USED: Yahoo IM, AIM, email, forums/board, Neopets, Discord & Tumblr

BEST EXPERIENCE: I've belonged to a few forum/board GROUPS and honestly, I was a part of a MCR Danger Days album lore inspired site in a post-apocalyptic world. It was an incredible world building place but as most groups ebb & flow it ended but I came across a Discord 11 years later? With a similar posting from looking for rp groups. And I actually reconnected with an old rp friend from the OG site by finding them through Discord and was able to join a new historical fantasy site with them. It was so great to find friends again like that as I've always made some great & long-lasting friendships through rp.

♫ || MUSE PREFERENCES

FEMALE OR MALE: I have always gravitated toward female muses, though I have written for both in the past. (RIP doubling in IM rp back in the day) but there's always been hate/taboo for female-only muse writers in the rpc. When I made this multi I was excited to do whatever tf I wanted because that's the point of this silly little space & everyone else can take it or leave it.

FLUFF, ANGST, OR SMUT: ALL OF THE ABOVE, I yell from the rafters. I'm big of heavy angst tbh, but I've always used rp as a form of emotional coping for RL compartmentalizing or dealing with feelings. When my fictional kids are going through hell and angsty af it actually helps ME deal with my stuff a lot better. But using rp as an emotional outlet has always really helped me actually, my preference for genres or types of threads often mirrors or reflects my mood w/ character feelings.

PLOTS OR MEMES: I have become a HUGE sucker for memes. In the past, I feel like I've been kind of burned on plotting where it's been expected to carry the ideas/plot creativity and for another partner to just insert themselves. OR I've been super excited about something plotted and built up but I fear the other person is not as invested as my obsessive brain. A lot of really cool dynamics & things have come of memes and I enjoy the spontaneity of them! Easy ice breakers too to get to know new characters or new partners.

LONG OR SHORT REPLIES: Long. I'm a wordy bitch, this has always been a problem for me in school essays or rp but I was raised on word count posts for forums. Leave me be.

BEST TIME TO WRITE: literally, at this point, whenever my brain allows me. I still covet my Sundays where the vibes are right & the brain juice is there to just marathon write but I long for my past days of staying up all night just excited to rp back & forth or do group calls in servers, etc.

ARE YOU LIKE YOUR MUSES: Yes? Some more than others... I certainly seem to have a TYPE™ but it's always more interesting when I find out which muses or characters my friends & partners associate me with or think I'm most like. It usually surprises me every time. baby is bad at compliments bro

Cinnamon Crunch (Purified Combuskin): Enamored with soft things. Likes to run about and naturally adamant.

Cobalt Blue #47 (Solosis): Mystery Gift Pokemon. Baby boy who is very rash. Hates to lose.

Janice (Ultra-Domesticated Ralts): Originally a gift from my girlfriend. Delicate and timid girl. Loves to nap.
