Ableton Live 9 Power!
There is that saying that “A picture is worth a thousand words” and for most instruction and manuals this seems to be true. Instead of having to read though the basics of a manual to get to the good stuff, you can go right to the good stuff. A video is miles beyond a picture since it allows the instructor to clearly demonstrate what is going on while he or she is also dictating. Videos are probably the best way any DJ or producer can learn a technique, as it is very difficult to explain in writing alone. However, the reverse can also be true in the right situation. Sometimes videos either go too fast over a tricky subject or they skip important details that are assumed to be known. We all know that frustrating feeling when we try to pause a video at the exact frame to figure something out. A book succeeds in this case because instructions can be written out clearly in list form. This allows an instruction to literally be followed step by step, assuming that the person reading the manual is a complete idiot (this is a good thing). A book on Ableton might be worth your while when you find yourself looking for the right terms to search. http://blog.dubspot.com/ableton-live9-power-updated-w-push-max-for-live-by-jon-margulies-hobo-technologies-tiny-machines/
How To Make Your Beats Funky & Relevant
The internet has given us a lot of things, some of them useful and some of them completely useless in comparison. Where else can we access the sum of human knowledge via Wikipedia and a cat video at the same time? The internet is perhaps the next wild frontier out there, since it is for the most part unregulated and unedited. If we could venture into space without being an astronaut, I’m sure we would do so. One thing that internet has brought us is critics – there are a lot of them out there. You have to have thick skin and talent in order to post a video of yourself, and no matter how good you think you are, there is always someone better than you. [embed width="656"]http://youtu.be/zysznm25lgg[/embed] Tutorial videos are one of the most useful things out there, since watching a video in 5 minutes can explain things that reading a book could never do. The issue with some of these tutorials has nothing to do with the actual content, but instead the host of the video. Not everybody has the right charisma to be speaking on camera, and because of this some of the best videos out there are painful to watch. http://www.synthtopia.com/content/2013/08/10/how-to-make-your-beats-funky-relevant-with-deadboy/
