Abidgender, also referred to as Abi- is a alternative term for systems (alters/headmates) to use instead of the Cis suffix. They may be used to help distinguish singlar headmates identities compaired to the bodies or in general just explain things better. (Ie: the body is Cis Fem but I am Abimasc)

Abi terms can also be used for systems who may worry about using the Cis suffix, or who may not wish to use to use the Cis label to describe their experience.
