               hey kiddo! i’m fine, got all stitched up a while ago, and i’m with rich and ally too. don’t blame yourself though, alright? nobody could have helped what happened at the time, but we handled it okay.

There’s a point in your life where you feel excruciating pain, pain you can’t even begin to describe. It hurts, it feels like nothing you’ve experienced, it suffocates every sense of you and it hurts, god, it hurts so much. For Edd, that would be the combined sensation of intense paranoia and tiny shocks covering his body ( you’ve explored too much, starboy. get out before the light in your eyes dim more than they already have. ) . It’s the sensation of being electrocuted thousands of times, until air leaves your body, but worst of all, it’s the knowledge that you’re alone. That no one can save you if they don’t know where you are.

Unless, of course, you’re a monster.
