Just For Laughs “Brit -ish” hosted by Noel Fielding

Both of the shows we attended at the Just for Laughs Festival in Montreal were at L’Astral.  It’s a mid sized intimate bar/venue with tables and chairs (thank goodness for this, because I am handicapped and if I’d had to stand I wouldn’t have been able to attend.) The stage is small but well appointed and our seating for both nights was all of 3 feet from it.

Freestyle FM has only been around for a short while but is already providing great entertainment from Abandoman's freestyling skills and their comedian guests. In each episode Abandoman improvise four songs based on their guests tales and the songs they've been listening to lately. If you've seen Abandoman live, you'll know that there improvising skills are top notch and in the podcast it's no different. The guests themselves are very funny in their own right and have some great stories to tell. In the back catalogue you'll hear songs about Jarred Christmas' body hair, an apology to a Joel Dommett's childhood postman and the story of Adam Buxton's difficulty seeing magic eye pictures.
