4, 6, 10 for the fanfic asks!
Hello, love! Thank you so much for sending in this ask! You are always so supportive! I got a few requests for these ones, so I picked 2 others that I thought were along the same lines. I hope you like them! Here is the link to those answers: Question 4, Question 10

6. do you have any kind of consistent writing schedule or just hoping for the best?
I wish I could say I have a consistent schedule, but I would be lying, lol. With school and working as a server, I don’t always have a consistent schedule period, but I’m hoping with my new job I might be able to be consistent this summer!
51. share the synopsis of a story you work on that you haven’t published yet
Oo, so I actually started writing one of my OBX fics on paper because I hadn’t made up my mind to write on tumblr yet, but I still work on this fic every once in a while. So, it is a Topper fic (obviously) with a Pogue reader (surprising, I know, lol) but it starts in the Boneyard at a party where the Pogues and Kooks start a verbal spat that the reader tries to break up before it becomes bigger, but Rafe makes a comment about the Pogues being wimps for always listening to her and then calls her a bitch, so JJ can no longer be held back. In the fray, the reader accidentally gets hit and the cops show up. The Pogues don’t realize they have left the reader behind in their attempt to run away. But fortunately for her, somebody comes back to rescue the reader….
78. how do you choose where to end a chapter?
So this is sometimes a struggle for me (and other times it comes very naturally) because I add too many details at times to try to get my point across. I usually like my fics that leave on a bit of a raw edge if that makes sense, kind of like the curtain has been back for a bit but now the lights have gone down on the stage. Other times (usually in longer fics) I like to give a bit more of an epilogue that shows where the characters are, but I think I can sometimes become too trite when I do this, so I try to be careful. Overall, I think it depends on the type of fic; if it is already fluffy, I keep it fluffier, but if it’s angsty, I like to leave the reader in that state for a moment longer when they get to the end (because I’m a little evil, lol)
