There's a thread going around on Reddit posing the question, "What is a 'luxury' that you've experienced once and now can't go back to the budget version of?"
I don't know if I have a proper answer to it, because I've had to go back to the budget versions of most things. Occasional indulgences, yes. Completely changing my spending habits, no. But I admit that this was the first thing that came to mind:
Throw all the venture capitalists into the sea.
But before you do, get one of them to take you out to dinner.
#delicious delicious seafood and a brilliant view across the bay to san francisco... *chef's kiss*#and then the same guy chartered a private club before another event i went to once and we got fancy food and a gorgeous view to manhattan#guy could pick his venues#of course that said the second place burned down a little while later but i promise none of us had anything to do with THAT#aaaaanyway...
