I hate how sometimes

or the things people do.

Everything lately

has been left up to chance.

It seems like everyone

has been dancing this dance.

A dance of failures,

and memories,

and places to go,

But when you dance,

you're just putting on a show.

You feel numb,

you feel tired,

like you're empty inside.

You only tell lies,

You put on a smile

as you put on your shoes,

and each morning you think,
