What's more fucked up is that it's been years, and despite how much Puzzles wants them, he clearly hasn't made any friends at all. He's hidden himself away in his own home, making a mess and watching TV the same way he used to when he was a child, and he seemingly has made no attempt to get friends when that's what he'd been wanting so badly.
But Wpnz is dead, so he can't have friends because all he does is hurt and get them killed. He never learned how to properly make one, so he never tries again after losing the one he saved his old world with.
Puzzles is alone, just like he's always been before, only now he's afraid of making friends after he lost absolutely everything including the one friend he had that was actually real for once.
