Tonight, one of those rare back to back days of hard runs. The hip/hamstring injury’s been improving vastly the past week and a half, so decided to really tested tonight - ahead of a x-country race this Sunday - with another 4 mile tempo at around 6 minute mile pace as part of an 8 mile run. The hip held out, though a little sore afterwards.  Feeling okay as I write this post sitting down.  Looks like a go for Sunday.
