Something very unusual happened to me when I got home from work. A post of mine, that I actually thought was dead suddenly jumped to almost 600 reblogs or likes.
I have been writing here for almost a decade now, and in that entire time I have never gotten anything more than 300 notes on anything I have ever written. Most likely because all of my writing here is political, and Americans generally don't care all that much for politics. Something had to be up, right?
Honestly, I don't know if Mr. Wheaton will ever read this, but I want to thank you for taking the time to read something I wrote and repost it. I'm sure you get tons of mail and or comments, but from one lone voice in the middle of the Appalachians, thanks again.
Also, thanks to everyone else who did the same. I really appreciate it.
