@93ybm: where we left off.
( ♕ ) ON POINT. THOUGH USUALLY BOMI WOULD BE THE one saying those words instead of the older, as she always considers the older one to be the one who’s softer out of the two of them. Easier to get hurt, and Bomi is the strong one who needs to protect the other. That’s how she feels towards all her best friends.
A chuckle leaves her lips as she shakes her head. “Nah.” Not that a few names didn’t come up, though killing them would be a tad too much? She picks up the two cups of coffee from the counter and pays for them, handing one to the other as she takes a sip from her own. “Let’s get out of here and take a walk so you can tell me everything that’s been going on. It feels like forever since the last time we get to hang out like this.”
Grasping the paper container of her hot beverage, Joohyun looked at her younger companion with a look of uncertainty. Bomi always tried to hide how she truly felt at first, trying to ease the older woman’s worry. Funnily enough, Joohyun would most of the time pick up on these cover ups, sipping on her drink as they walked away, observing Bomi from the corner of her eye.
“There’s not much to tell.” She talks once the cup’s lid was drawn away from her lips, thinking thoughtfully of what to update her best friend with. “Unless you want to hear about schedules. I think that’ll bore you a lot. Sehun? Haven’t been seeing him that much, really.” Ah, she was beginning to think she was boring her own best friend who would always listen to her speak, no matter how random.
