I was inspired by @epiaphany tags to compare how many times Buck says "Eddie" vs "Tommy". Interesting data if you ask me. For more data, check out @jackwhiteprophetic data on Buck and Eddie saying each other's names.
Eddie's 100th episode will be 8x04, right?
I actually made a graph about this in March/April, but I haven't had the chance to make it neater yet (I tracked which characters were in which episodes) and actually I got different results to some of the other numbers out there, because there is ambiguity over whether Buck and Eddie are actually in Hen begins. This is because they appear in a flashback montage at the start, so if you're counting that (which I kind of do???) then:
Buck is at 102 episodes, with his 100th episode having been 7x07.
Eddie is at 89 episodes, so his 100th episode would be 8x11 (118 backwards!!!) as long as Eddie appears in every episode up to this point in season 8.
If you're not counting the flashback (I think this is what the @911bts episode count did) then:
Buck is at 101 episodes, so his 100th episode was 7x09.
Eddie is at 88 episodes, so his 100th episode would be 8x12 (the 118th episode of the entire series, again assuming Eddie is in all of S8 up to this).
Once my exams are done I'll probably format the entire graph better (I have data on the main cast, most love interests and recurring characters like family and dispatch)
