why are rape "jokes" and people casually saying retarded coming back into mainstream conversations so quickly like at work? not even primarily online like a few months ago in the grocery store an employee loudly made a """joke""" involving CSA to his buddy while there were plenty of people milling around. like maybe i'm a bleeding heart liberal child but from all of the shit i've experienced and grew up experiencing, like to relate to my earlier point, being called retard for being actually retarded and being targeted for abuse perpetrated by adults and peers that absolutely knew better none of it feels like reclamation. how can you reclaim it when YOU were and still are the bully??
