shes a robot cop dog that was part of a team used to torture whatever the space government decided were problems to them but 9019's code was fucked up and she actually was a transgender pervert (2 things they are not a big fan of). She was later hit in the head so hard she forgot what cops were and she aimlessly walked in a circle in a dump eating vermin for 100 years.
