It felt as if not enough Life Energy reached the head during last night’s meditation. The rise of Energy is from the spine to the head. That’s Kundalini Energy’s route.
On most days, I experience a threshold point. Last night, it felt like I didn’t get close to my maximum Peace holding capacity. It was as if not enough Life Energy was free for an upward movement. That’s ok.
I am happy to have got this intimate with the Energy that runs all Life. The intimacy has begun since March of 2020 and has been growing. As I write about my latest meditation after 16 hours, I am praying for greater intimacy with the blessed forces that governs all life.
