Eligibilityfor Public Defender services is determined by using six statutory factors

You must apply atleast ten (10) working days prior to your trial date.Β
You may apply at most OPD Offices, not just the County where you will go to court.
First interviewed by Intake Specialist and complete a written application.
Will be asked to provide information about your income and assets.
