#6719 Fine Balance Gelato Sour (Raspberry & Lavender) (Canada) Sour time. This is the second brew from the series I’ve had, and it’s a gem. Coming in at 5.4%, it pours an opaque bright red with a pink foamy head and a juicy, herbal nose, the body is smooth and silky, the raspberry dominates (obvi) while the lav hits some nice background notes, it’s sweet and balanced, a touch sherbety, wrapping in a sticky, dusty finish.
