#6565 Weatherhead Towpath Pilsner (Canada) Hailing from Perth, ON, Weatherhead are a new brewery to me so I’m stoked to get into their German-style Pils. Part of their Founders Selection, this 4.2% crispyboi named after a 24km-long waterway used to transport provisions upstream to Perth. It pours slightly opaque with a foamy head and a bready nose, it’s crisp and clean, super malty and floral, a touch herbal and grassy, mild bitterness, wrapping in a dry, smooth finish. Great stuff!
