#6546 Daft Coolcoolcool Dry-Hopped Pilsner (French Barbe Rouge Hops) (Canada) Big ups to my man Fred for linking this one! Daft are a brewery in Kingston, ON that I’ve been wanting to try for ages, and this is my first taste. This bad boy is a dry-hopped Pils with Barbe Rouge hops, it comes in at 4.7%, it pours opaque with a bubbly head and a fruity, herbal nose, the body is light and crisp, super dusty, grassy vibes and a malty sweetness hit up front, it’s clean and smooth, refreshing with a solid amount of flavour for the ABV, wrapping in a dusty, sticky finish.
