#6329 Four Winds Meli (Canada) My final beer from Four Winds, this glorious gem is a 6% farmhouse ale open fermented in a foeder with B.C. honey and bee pollen, alongside local hay and fennel pollen. It pours an opaque straw colour with an active, bubbly head and a strong honey-esque, funky nose, the body is smooth and clean, it’s balanced and complex, the honey shines but not via sweetness, there’s straw vibes, floral notes, it’s funky, grassy and a little herbal, soft and delicate, ending in a dry, clean finish.
