Got my 60 1 mg xanax today b706 kind. I took 16 as soon as I got the bottle . I have a question. Since my doc refuses to increase me to my normal 3x a day shes keeping me at 60 1 mg a month indefinitely. which jus isn't cutting it. 3 a day was perfect and lasted at least 3 weeks out the month. So my question is so wen I see my doc on the 11th of may shud I switch my 60 1 mgs to 30 2mg bars .legit pharma bars no pressed ones. Shud I do this and the next month say the 2 mg bar in the morning wen I wake up is enuf to wake up from night terrors and blown into a full panic attack. if thes only comfortably prescribing 2x a day of the 1 mgs then u think she'd b comfortable with 60 2mg bars ? Whish is still 2x a day dosing. Any input wud b appreciated
