Till 2010 it worked on Latvian Railway electric power supply unit located at station Salaspils. Class DMSu units have been built from 1950-ties till 1980-ties. Serial six cylinder petrol engine type ZIL-130 and standard lorry gear box is mounted on *each unit. To assure the movement in both directions there is used reverser box, which protruding shaft with drive shaft help is connected to both dresine wheel pairs. The dresine was built for needs of maintenance of railway electrification system. The main isolated platform located on the dresine can moved around the center by 360°. The platforms maximum height is 7.75 m. Šāda tipa autodrezīnas ir paredzētas dzelzceļa kontakttīkla remonta, montāžas un atjaunošanas darbu veikšanai. Tā ir aprīkota ar divām pārejas un vienu darba platformu. Darba platformu pagriežot 90° leņķī, tā sniedzas 3 m attālumā no autodrezīnas ass. Maksimālais darba platformas pacelšanasaugstums' - 7,75 m. Uz drezīnas ir uzstādīts ZlL-130 tipa benzīna dzinējs, standartizētaātrumkārba un reversa reduktors. Riteņi tiek piedzīti ar divu kardānu starpniecību. Drezīna ir aprīkota ar iekārtu, kas nodrošina tās automātisku bremzēšanu, vadītāja modrības zaudēšanas gadījumā. AutodreZīnā atļauts pārvadāt deviņus pasažierus. Latvijā šādas autodrezīnas tika izmantotas no 1955. līdz 2010. gadam.
