I’m pretty sure the only limit on hours someone can work are for children, but I could be wrong.

There’s a lot from Gen III like that, (Nosepass is saying URILIL, etc), but the only one I can think of for earlier generations is that I always felt Abra was saying YOU’RE ADMIRAL or YOU’RE ANIMAL

You could easily do just about anything with a high collar, I would go with something in black. You could do something simple and structured like this to give you something that looks elegant and doesn't take anything away from the details in the dress. You could also do something with a rounded neckline that could overlap the neckline of the JSK like this one which I actually quite dislike on it's own, but if you take a look at it layered with a dress that has a rounded neckline as it is here I think it looks very nice.

plus they put it on my shoulder so i could "test it" and i couldnt put it back down after that... it was too cute...
