If DC comics wanted me to believe that Infinite Crisis and 52 were the start of the new multiverse and that there hadn't been a multiverse post Crisis on Infinite Earths... then they should have gotten all of their fucking writers on board with that and made them not write any stories that had parallel universe/multiverse shit happen in-between those two events.
But that's not what fucking happened. Just in what I read for my Blue Beetle research we had fuckers from another universe show up b/c nuclear war fucked over there (not it getting fucking retgoned in Crisis on Infinite Earths) and a story with folks Earth 3 counterparts showing up.
Therefore, I dont fucking believe Rip Hunter and the 52 comic's explanation about shit cause either the characters are misinformed, lying, of writers are trying to retcon shit by simply ignoring shit that happened.
