I’m already at 5,000 steps! My friend is coming to walk me later too!!!
Goal met! Thanks to fatgirlgetsfitatlast for the little cheer on Fitbit. Made me get up and get the rest of my steps done tonight :) I sat a lot yesterday because I was sore but the swelling was much reduced this morning. Thank goodness. I was able to do quite a lot today with no pain so that’s good!
And, also, I changed up my water goals on the app and now I apparently drink a giant jug each day. I’m sure I’m the only one that pictures myself as a real live water cooler as I’m drinking throughout the day . . . .
