1/1/2020 This is me. No makeup; just woke up. Sober 4 years. The changes I have gone through in those 4 years are immense. My panic, anxiety, and mood swings are all but gone. My gratitude, positivity, happiness, and outlook on life improve on a daily basis. The people who surround me are positive and supportive. I am not afraid to stand up for myself when necessary. For me, sobriety has become a way of life. There are always moments that are tough, of course. I am not perfect and the world will always throw obstacles in my way. But being so clear-headed and healthy helps me deal with those road blocks creatively, positively, and fearlessly. I feel a childlike sense of wonder and awe for the world now, and I am overwhelmed by the love I feel from everyone. Thank you for being on this journey with me. Thank you for being supportive and loving. Thank you for just being you. I want you all to know that you are appreciated and loved. I want to give back as much as I receive, so please reach out anytime. I am here. Happy New Year! ❤️❤️❤️ #sober #lifechanges #2020 #youarenotalone #giveback #4yearssober (at Cornwall, Connecticut) https://www.instagram.com/p/B60voZ7glm_/?igshid=11lkivbb368bn
